DOJO Returns & Refunds Policy Refunds for Training Packages DOJO offers partial refunds for unused sessions based on the normal session price, not the discounted package rate. Example Refund Calculation 12-session package price: 1400 Normal session price: 250 If a member attends 2 sessions: Used value: 2 × 250 = 500 Refund amount: 1400 − 500 = 900 Refund Conditions Refunds apply only to unused sessions. Refund requests must be made within the active validity period of the package. Sessions already attended cannot be refunded. Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Membership Freeze Policy Members may freeze their membership for one week only. Freeze requests must be submitted before the freeze period starts. Retroactive freezes are not allowed.
